Conditions of tuition for English Courses [also Thai courses when marked T#]
1. [T#] Existing students must show their ID cards when re-registering. In case of lost cards replacement ID cards will be issued at a cost of B20.
2. New students must have passed Thai education level M3 or above to enter AUA. All students must provide 2 photocopies of their National ID card - [T# = passport, including visa page].
3. New students must take a placement test at a cost of B200. The test result is valid for 6 months from the date of testing. There is a minimum pass level which means the opportunity to study is not guaranteed to those taking the test.
4. The Regular course: consists of 15 levels and 2 pre-levels.
5. Once money has been taken and a Yellow receipt issued no refund can be made under any circumstances, and times of class can not be changed either: so, please ensure you request and pay for the correct class. [T#]
6. A student can miss only 6 hours of class; an absence of more than 6 hours requires the student to retake the course at an additional cost equal to the full tuition price relevant at that time.
7. After registration has been paid students can buy the course books from the office - if books are not in stock the office will advise which local bookstores have availability.
8. School ID cards will be issued in week 2 of term; students must show this card each time they have an inquiry at the office. [T#]
9. Books can be borrowed from the lending library at no charge; although a deposit of B100/book will be held by the office.
10. The school dress code minimum is smart casual. [T#]
11. Bad behavior towards staff, teachers or other students will not be tolerated; students will be asked to leave the school. [T#]
