AUA Regulations
1. Former Students of AUA : If you have registered at AUA in the past, you do not have to fill out a new application form. Please contact the Information for assistance.
2. Passports : All non-Thai applicants must register in person and show their current passports. The visa must cover the entire period of the term to be studied.
I. All non-Thai applicants must be 15 years or older.
II. Students must have a non-immigrant visa. Tourist visas are not acceptable.
3. Placement Test : All applicants must take a Placement Test. Refunds or changes of time or day are not allowed. No one will be admitted to the test room after the test has begun. (Test fee ß300.-)
4. Students Visas : AUA cannot write any letters to be used for student visas or resident permits.
5. Curriculum : The curriculum is based on the regulations of the Ministry of Education, Article 21B. The AUA Regular program is a multi-skills English language program which consists of 15 levels (30 hours per level).
6. Registration : Students must register in person each term and they must pay for the course in cash. Once they have registered, they cannot change the time, section or term of their class. The fee is non-refundable.
7. Absences : Students cannot miss more than six hours for each level in all terms.
8. Textbooks : All Students must buy their own textbooks for the course.
9. Student Identification : All Students must be photographed for an AUA ID Card. They are responsible for the card fee. This card is necessary for all official interaction with AUA.
10. Student Status : Students who have intentionally given false information on the application form or who have broken any Thai law will be expelled from the program. Students who change their given name or surname, office or residence should bring evidence of this change to the Administration Office so that the students' files can be updated
11. Student Dress : Polite dress is required for all AUA students.

NON - THAIS ONLY
If you are interested in enrolling for a Regular Course, please follow these steps.
- Fill out an application form and show your original passport to a receptionist at Administration Office.
- All non -Thais must take a Placement Test. Choose the test date and the time at Administration Office and pay 300 Baht for the test fee.
- On the test date, you must bring your own pencils into the test with your Admission Slip and your passport.
- Test results will be announced later and will be posted on the board in the foyer. You can also get your test result from Administration Office and then register at the Registration Window. AUA cannot give test results over the telephone.
- After paying the fees, please check the receipt for the date, the time and the room.
- You can buy textbooks at the Bookstore in the foyer by showing your receipt.
- If you have any problems with registration, please contact Registration Counter.
