English for Young Learners

An English course designed for students aged 9 – 11 years, where learning becomes fun and engaging.
Students will explore English through play, hands-on activities, and creative projects that strengthen their language foundation and build confidence in real communication.

 

Course Structure:

The English for Young Learners program is divided into three levels according to the students’ developmental stages:

  • YL 1 – Foundation: Build essential listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

  • YL 2 – Intermediate: Strengthen communication skills and use of grammar in context.

  • YL 3 – Advanced: Develop complex language use and connect English with real-world knowledge.

 

Learning Format:

  • Live classes taught by qualified native-speaking teachers.

  • Communicative and project-based learning approach.

  • Age-appropriate materials and technology to enhance engagement and understanding.

Course Duration (per level):

  • 120 hours over 30 weeks

  • Divided into 2 parts, each consisting of 60 hours over 15 weeks

 

Class Frequency:

  • 2 classes per week, 2 hours per class

 

Who Can Join:

  • Children aged 9 – 11 years old

  • New students are required to take a placement interview before enrolling.

 

Placement Test: Conducted through an interview with an AUA instructor.
